Liverpool Lack Drive Without Gerrard

LIverpool missed the guile and drive of Steven Gerrard as they were held to a 0-0 draw at home to Fulham. The result was seen as an opportunity missed by reds boss Rafa Benitez as Chelsea also draw 0-0 at home to Newcastle.

Manchester United also missed out on a chance to close the gap at the top after a frustrating 0-0 draw with Aston Villa

The week just got worse for Arsenal and Arsene Wenger. After stripping Gallas of the Captains arm band because of the rumours surrounding drssing room bust ups, they were comprehensively beaten by Machester City 3-0.
