Manchester City must be kicking themselves for sacking Sven Goran Erikson in the summer. The man has a wealth of experience from his days in Serie A and as coach of England in dealing with big players with big egos, which is exactly what they need at the moment. Mark Hughes is struggling to get his stars to perform and has to be on borrowed time after another home defeat this time to Everton. the problem Manchester City will have when they sack him is who do they replace him with? There is no one really available at the moment with the experience they need to take them forward. Money can only take you so far you need a good coach who can pull it all together.
