Lyon remain in pole position in the race for the Ligue 1 title after strolling to a 2-0 victory at below-par Grenoble.
Ederson and Cesar Delgado scored in each half as the French champions continued to keep Bordeaux and Marseille at arm's length.
Grenoble had keeper Gregory Wimbee to thank for keeping the scoreline respectable, but it is their lack of goals which will be the biggest cause for concern for boss Mehmed Bazdarevic.
They have scored just three times in the league since October and rarely looked like improving that record tonight as Lyon - looking to recover after stuttering of late - won at a canter.
Wimbee was tested in the ninth minute by a Juninho free-kick which he pushed behind for a corner before Lyon took the lead just six minutes later.
Karim Benzema put in a low cross which Ederson converted with aplomb.
Good interplay between Fabio Grosso and Kim Kallstrom then sent Delgado racing clear, but Wimbee again came to the home side's rescue.
Grenoble enjoyed a brief moment of promise shortly before the break when Sofiane Feghouli's free-kick looked to be heading for the top corner before keeper Hugo Lloris intervened.
But that was as good as it got for the hosts as Wimbee superbly kept out Jean-Alain Boumsong's header 10 minutes into the second half.
Lyon's second finally arrived with only 13 minutes remaining, Kallstrom crossing from the left for Delgado, stretching to reach the ball at the far post, to volley in to the net.
Jeremy Toulalan then saw his shot come back off the bar as the visitors continued to carve out chances.
In stoppage time at the other end, Yoric Ravet spooned the ball inches over the bar from just outside the area, but Lyon were long since home and dry.
