Fergie's Successor

As much as Man Utd fans would like him to there is no way that Alex Ferguson can coach forever, so with this in mind I thought we should discuss who his possible successors could be. For me you can't look past Martin O'Neal, he has proved beyond doubt that he is a world class coach with his performance at Aston Villa and Celtic.
